Preparata a partire da fesa di tacchino, tagliata artigianalmente in sottili fette e aromatizzata con spezie selezionate, questa carne viene affumicata naturalmente con legno di faggio per ore, conferendo un sapore autentico e raffinato.
Il processo si completa con una stagionatura lenta di 3-4 giorni, garantendo morbidezza e gusto ricco. Con 135g di carne fresca necessari per produrre 40g di carne secca, ogni morso racchiude la qualità e la purezza di un prodotto altamente proteico.
