1. General Provisions

These general conditions of sale (hereinafter, "General Conditions") apply to all sales of products (hereinafter, "Products" or "Product" ) purchased through the website https://pushmore.it/ (hereinafter, "Site").

The use of the distance selling service described in these General Conditions is reserved exclusively for consumers (hereinafter, "Customers" or the "Customer"), intended such as natural persons acting for purposes unrelated to their commercial, entrepreneurial or professional activity. Partial exclusions are foreseen for the latter subjects, as the consumer code does not deal with purchases of this type. We therefore invite you to refer to the consumer code for any further information in this regard.

The language available to conclude the contract is Italian.

The Customer is required to carefully read the General Conditions that have been made available to him on the Site, in order to allow them to be stored and reproduced by the Customer to pursuant toart. 12of Legislative Decree 9 April 2003, n. 70.

The contracts concluded with Push More Srl (as defined below) through the Site are governed by Italian law and, in particular, by the Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n. 206 ("Consumer Code") and by the Legislative Decree 9 April 2003, n. 70 (hereinafter, "Ecommerce Decree").

3. Information about the Products

The information relating to «Push More Srl» Products that can be sold remotely through the Site is available, with the relevant product codes, on the Site.

4. Price

The prices of the products are intended to be inclusive of all taxes and duties. The delivery costs are indicated in a separate item and are included in the total to be paid. All prices are expressed in Euros.

5. Order of Products

The essential characteristics and prices of the Products are shown in the offer relating to each Product.

To purchase the Products, the Customer must complete and send the order form in electronic format to Push More Srl, following the instructions contained on the Site. The Customer must place the Product in the appropriate "cart" and, after having read the General Conditions, with particular reference to the contribution for delivery costs and the methods of exercise of the right of withdrawal, and the Privacy Policy, you must select the desired payment method and choose the "send order" option.

Before submitting their purchase order, the Customer will have the opportunity to correct any data entry errors by following the appropriate modification procedure contained in the Site. In particular, the Customer has the right to modify the quantity of the Products he intends to purchase, adding or deleting one or more Products from the "cart".

By sending the order, the Customer acknowledges and declares to have read all the information provided during the purchase procedure and to fully accept the General Conditions.

The Customer will have the opportunity to view and follow the status of his order through the "Orders" area of ​​his account.

Push More Srl reserves the right to evaluate the acceptance of orders received. Push More Srl will inform the Customer of any inability to accept the orders received within 30 days starting from the day following the day on which the Customer sent the order to Push More Srl and will refund any sums already paid by the Customer for the payment for the supply.

6. Payment methods

The Customer may pay the price of the Products and the related delivery costs using a credit card, debit card and digital wallet.

Push More Srl accepts payments made with the following credit, debit and digital wallet cards:

  • Visa
  • MasterCard
  • Maestro
  • American Express
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay


The transaction will be charged to the Customer's credit card only after:

  • a) your credit, debit card or digital wallet details have been verified
  • b) debit authorization has been received from the company issuing the credit, debit or digital wallet card used by the Customer
  • c) the availability of the Product has been confirmed by Push More Srl


No charges will be made when the order is sent, except for those relating to the expenses necessary to verify the validity of the credit or debit card data or digital wallet which will however be immediately refunded.

In the event that, for any reason, the debiting of the amounts owed by the Customer proves impossible, the sales process is automatically canceled and the sale automatically cancelled.

7. Order receipt confirmation

In compliance with the provisions of the art. 53 of the Consumer Code, the Customer receives, at the time of execution of the contract, by email, the confirmation of receipt of the purchase order sent by the Customer , containing a summary of the General Conditions, the essential characteristics of the product ordered, its price, the amount paid, the existence of the right of withdrawal - with an indication of the times and methods for returning the goods - the address geographical location to submit any complaints and information on assistance services and existing commercial guarantees.

8. Ineffectiveness of the order

No contract shall be considered concluded between Push More Srl and the Customer if Push More Srl has reasonable grounds to believe that the Customer is not acting on the basis of an effective and genuine interest in purchasing the products ordered, or is abusively exercising the right of withdrawal recognized by the following article 12.
In such cases, the order submitted by the Customer must be considered as having no effect whatsoever. Push More Srl will send the Customer, by e-mail, a communication certifying the failure to conclude the Contract, also taking care of the cancellation of any charges and/or expenses borne by the Customer.

9. Transport and delivery

The Products purchased on the Site will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer. In any case, the Customer has the right to request delivery of the products to a natural person of his choice, whose residence or domicile is located within the Italian territory. At the time of delivery, the signature of an adult over the age of 18 will be required. Deliveries to post office boxes will not be made.

For each order placed on the Site, Push More Srl issues an invoice for the goods shipped, sending it via e-mail or post to the order holder, pursuant to the Presidential Decree. 445/2000 and Legislative Decree 52/2004. For the issuing of the invoice, the information provided by the Customer at the time of the order is valid. No changes to the invoice will be possible after it has been issued.

Delivery costs are paid by the Customer and are clearly highlighted on the Site and in the order form.

All purchases will be delivered via express courier chosen by the Customer during the purchase phase among those offered by Push More Srl (hereinafter, "Courier") from Monday to Friday , excluding holidays and national holidays. Push More Srl is not responsible for unforeseeable delays.

Push More Srl will send the Customer a confirmation email once the Products have been shipped, which will specify the tracking number of the shipment through which it will be possible to view, after entering it on the Courier's website, the status of the shipment.

In any case, except in cases of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, in accordance with the article

of the Consumer Code, the Products will be delivered within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) days starting from the day following the day on which the Customer sent the order to PPush More Srl, unless Push More Srl notifies - within the same term, by e-mail - the impossibility of delivering the goods ordered following the unavailability, even temporary, of the Products. In the event of such communication, Push More Srl will refund any sums already paid by the Customer for the payment of the supply.
In the event that, following notification from Push More Srl of a delay in the delivery date, the Customer wishes to cancel the Order, any amount already paid by the Customer will be refunded as soon as possible, and in any case no later than 30 ( thirty) days from the day following the day on which the Customer sent the order to Push More Srl.

For the delivery of the goods the presence of the Customer or his representative is required at the recipient's address indicated in the order. Upon delivery of the goods by the Courier, the Customer is required to check that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document and that the package is intact or unaltered. Any damage to the package and/or the Products or the mismatch in the number of packages must be immediately reported by means of a written control reservation on the Courier's proof of delivery. Once the Courier's document has been signed, the Customer will not be able to make any objection regarding the external characteristics of the package delivered.

10. Right of withdrawal

Push More Srl wishes to guarantee the complete customer satisfaction.
Pursuant to article 64 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without specifying the reason, by returning the Products purchased through the Site within term of 10 (ten) working days starting from the date of receipt of the Products.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send a communication containing:

  • a) the expression of the intention to exercise the right of withdrawal pursuant to Article 64 of the Consumer Code;
  • b) the indication of the Products for which the Customer wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal;
  • c) the progressive order number issued at the time of purchase;
  • d) the data relating to the Customer's bank account, exclusively if the Customer has made the payment by bank transfer.


This communication can be sent, always within the aforementioned term of 10 (ten) days, also by e-mail, telegram and fax.

In the event of exercise of the right of withdrawal, Push More Srl will reimburse the price of the Products in full provided that they are returned by the Customer in normal condition and only if the return instructions above are correctly respected. Push More Srl reserves the right to refuse the return of those Products that do not comply with these requirements. Refunds will be made with the same payment method used for the purchase.

Delivery costs for returning the Products are paid by the Customer; any expense incurred by the Customer for redelivery will not be refundable.

Each delivery will contain easy instructions for returning the Products.
Push More Srl undertakes to promptly refund the Customer no later than 30 days from the date of return of the Products. Push More Srl will send a confirmation email of the refund.

Push More Srl will not be responsible for reimbursement or compensation relating to Products returned but which have never been received by Push More Srl due to loss, theft or damage that is not attributable to Push More Srl.

If the Customer wishes to modify or cancel the order submitted, he or she must promptly send an e-mail to info@pushmore.it. Once the Product has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled or modified until the shipped goods have been returned to Push More Srl. In this case, reference is made to the returns policy described above.

11. Product Replacement

Push More Srl intends to provide Customers with the possibility of replace the Products purchased through the Site.

To obtain the replacement of a Product, you must follow the procedure indicated below.

The Customer who is not fully satisfied must keep all the documentation relating to the delivery and the Product itself in its packaging original and immediately contact Push More Srl by email at the following address: info@pushmore.it.

The Product to be replaced must arrive, in normal condition,  at our operational headquarters. The processing of the new order is subject to the availability of the requested Products.

Shipping costs for returning the Product are paid by the Customer.

The replacement Product will be sent to the Customer by courier without additional shipping costs being charged.

12. Non-conformity defects

In the event of lack of conformity of Products sold by Push More Srl, the Customer must immediately contact Push More Srl at the email address info@pushmore.it of Push More Srl.

The legal guarantees provided for by the articles 129, 130 and 132of the Consumer Code apply to the sale of the Products. The Customer has the right to restore, without charge, the conformity of the goods through repair or replacement or to an adequate reduction in the price or termination of the contract. The Customer loses these rights if he does not report the lack of conformity to Push More Srl within two months from the date on which he discovered the defect. The action aimed at asserting defects not maliciously hidden by Push More Srl is prescribed, in any case, within twenty-six months from delivery of the goods.

13. Errors

The information relating to the Products provided on the Site is constantly updated.
However, it is not possible to guarantee the complete absence of errors.

Push More Srl reserves the right to correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions even after an order has been sent and also to change or update information at any time without prior communication

14. Discount Codes

What are discount codes?

Discount Codes are codes that entitle you to additional discounts on Pushmore.it.

All discount codes have a limited time validity and may have different rules of use within the Site, discounting certain fixed or percentage amounts.

Where do I enter the code?

On the cart page, enter the code in the appropriate box and press APPLY DISCOUNT.

Rules for using Discount Coupons:

the discount codes cannot be combined with other offers on the site. All products on promotion, therefore the discount codes cannot be used. Each discount code has different applicable rules, depending on the type of discount code received.

15. Applicable law and competent court

These General Conditions are governed by Italian law and must be interpreted in accordance with Italian laws.

For disputes arising from the interpretation, validity and/or execution of these General Conditions, the mandatory territorial jurisdiction will be that of the judge of the place of residence or domicile of the consumer, if located in Italian territory.
