1. General Provisions
These general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter, "General Conditions") apply to all sales of products (hereinafter, "Products" or "Product") purchased through the website https://pushmore.it/ (hereinafter, "Site").
The use of the distance selling service described in these General Conditions is exclusively reserved for consumers (hereinafter, "Customers" or the "Customer"), understood as natural persons acting for purposes unrelated to their commercial, entrepreneurial, or professional activity, if any. Partial exclusions are provided for these latter subjects, as the consumer code does not deal with purchases of this type. Therefore, reference is made to the consumer code for any further information in this regard.
The language available for concluding the contract is Italian.
The Customer is required to carefully read the General Conditions which have been made available to them on the Site, in order to allow their storage and reproduction by the Customer in accordance with art. 12 of Legislative Decree 9 April 2003, no. 70.
Contracts concluded with Push More Srl (hereinafter defined) through the Site are governed by Italian law and, in particular, by Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, no. 206 ("Consumer Code") and by Legislative Decree 9 April 2003, no. 70 (hereinafter, "E-commerce Decree").

3. Product Information
Information about the Products "Push More Srl" available for distance selling through the Site is available, with their product codes, on the Site.
The aforementioned information is provided in accordance with Articles 52 and 53 of the Consumer Code.
4. Price
The prices of the products are inclusive of all taxes and duties. Delivery chargesare shown separately and are included in the total to be paid. All prices are expressed in Euros.
5. Product Ordering
The essential characteristics and prices of the Products are set out in the offer relating to each Product.
To purchase the Products, the Customer must complete and send to Push More Srl the order form in electronic format, following the instructions on the Site. The Customer must place the Product in the appropriate "cart" and, after reading the General Conditions, with particular reference to the contribution for delivery charges and the methods of exercising the right of withdrawal, and to the Privacy Policy, must select the desired payment method and choose the "place order" option.
Before submitting their purchase order, the Customer will have the opportunity to correct any input errors using the appropriate modification procedure contained on the Site. In particular, the Customer has the option to modify the quantity of the Products they intend to purchase, adding or removing one or more Products from the "cart".
By submitting the order, the Customer acknowledges and declares that they have read all the information provided to them during the purchase process and fully accept the General Conditions.
The Customer will have the opportunity to view and track the status of their order through the "Orders" area of their account.
Push More Srl reserves the right to evaluate the acceptance of orders received. Push More Srl will inform the Customer of the possible impossibility of accepting the orders received within 30 days from the day following the one on which the Customer transmitted the order to Push More Srl and will refund any sums already paid by the Customer for the supply.
6. Payment Methods
The Customer can pay for the price of the Products and the related delivery charges by credit card, debit card, and digital wallet.
Push More Srl accepts payments made with the following credit cards, debit cards, and digital wallets:
- Visa
- MasterCard
- Maestro
- American Express
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
The transaction will be charged to the Customer's credit card only after:
- a) the credit card, debit card, or digital wallet data has been verified
- b) the authorization to charge has been received from the credit card, debit card, or digital wallet issuer used by the Customer
- c) the availability of the Product has been confirmed by Push More Srl
Nessun addebito sarà fatto al momento dell'invio dell'ordine, fatto salvo quello inerente alle spese necessarie per l'accertamento della validità dei dati della carta di credito, debito o portafoglio digitale che verranno però immediatamente rimborsate.
Nel caso in cui, per una ragione qualunque, l'addebito degli importi dovuti dal Cliente si riveli impossibile, il processo di vendita viene automaticamente annullato e la vendita automaticamente cancellata.
7. Conferma di ricezione dell'ordine
In conformità a quanto disposto all'art. 53 del Codice del Consumo, il Cliente riceve, al momento dell'esecuzione del contratto, a mezzo email, la conferma di ricezione dell'ordine di acquisto inviato dal Cliente, contenente un riepilogo delle Condizioni Generali, delle caratteristiche essenziali del prodotto ordinato, del suo prezzo, dell'importo pagato, dell'esistenza del diritto di recesso - con l'indicazione dei tempi e delle modalità per la restituzione del bene - dell'indirizzo geografico per presentare eventuali reclami e delle informazioni sui servizi di assistenza e sulle garanzie commerciali esistenti.
8. Inefficacia dell'ordine
Nessun contratto deve intendersi concluso tra Push More Srl e il Cliente qualora Push More Srl abbia fondati motivi di ritenere che il Cliente non operi in base ad un effettivo e genuino interesse all'acquisto dei prodotti ordinati, o eserciti in maniera abusiva il diritto di recesso riconosciuto dall'art.12 che segue.
In tali casi, l'ordine inoltrato dal Cliente deve intendersi privo di efficacia alcuna. Push More Srl provvederà a trasmettere al Cliente, a mezzo e-mail, una comunicazione attestante la mancata conclusione del Contratto, curando altresì l'annullamento di ogni addebito e/o spesa a carico del Cliente.
9. Trasporto e consegna
I Prodotti acquistati sul Sito saranno consegnati all'indirizzo indicato dal Cliente. Il Cliente ha in ogni caso la facoltà di chiedere la consegna dei prodotti ad una persona fisica a sua scelta, la cui residenza o domicilio si trovi all'interno del territorio Italiano. Al momento della consegna sarà necessaria la firma di un adulto maggiore di anni 18. Non saranno effettuate consegne a caselle postali.
Per ogni ordine effettuato sul Sito, Push More Srl emette fattura della merce spedita, inviandola tramite e-mail o posta all'intestatario dell'ordine, ai sensi del D.P.R. 445/2000 e del D.Lgs. 52/2004. Per l'emissione della fattura fanno fede le informazioni fornite dal Cliente all'atto dell'ordine. Nessuna variazione in fattura sarà possibile, dopo l'emissione della stessa.
Le spese di consegna sono a carico del Cliente e sono distintamente evidenziate sul Sito e nel modulo d'ordine.
Tutti gli acquisti verranno consegnati mediante corriere espresso scelto dal Cliente in fase di acquisto tra quelli proposti da Push More Srl (di seguito, "Corriere") dal lunedì al venerdì, esclusi festivi e feste nazionali. Push More Srl non è responsabile per ritardi non prevedibili.
Push More Srl invierà al Cliente una e-mail di conferma una volta spediti i Prodotti, in cui sarà specificato il tracking number della spedizione attraverso il quale sarà possibile visionare, previo inserimento sul sito del Corriere, lo stato della spedizione.
In ogni caso, salvo i casi di forza maggiore o caso fortuito, in conformità all'articolo
del Codice del Consumo i Prodotti saranno consegnati entro un termine massimo di 30 (trenta) giorni a decorrere dal giorno successivo a quello in cui il Cliente ha trasmesso l'ordine a Push More Srl, salvo che Push More Srl non comunichi - entro lo stesso termine, tramite posta elettronica - l'impossibilità di consegnare la merce ordinata a seguito della sopravvenuta indisponibilità, anche temporanea, dei Prodotti. In caso di tale comunicazione, Push More Srl provvederà al rimborso delle somme eventualmente già corrisposte dal Cliente per il pagamento della fornitura.
Nel caso in cui, a fronte della comunicazione di Push More Srl di un ritardo nella data di consegna, il Cliente desideri annullare l'Ordine, l'eventuale importo già pagato dal medesimo sarà rimborsato il più presto possibile, e comunque non oltre 30 (trenta) giorni dal giorno successivo a quello in cui il Cliente ha trasmesso l'ordine a Push More Srl.
No charge will be made at the time of order submission, except for those related to the expenses necessary to verify the validity of the credit card, debit card, or digital wallet data, which will be immediately refunded.
If, for any reason, the charging of the amounts due from the Customer proves impossible, the sales process is automatically canceled, and the sale automatically voided.
7. Order receipt confirmation
In accordance with Article 53 of the Consumer Code, the Customer receives, at the time of contract execution, via email, the order receipt confirmation sent by the Customer, containing a summary of the General Conditions, the essential characteristics of the ordered product, its price, the amount paid, the existence of the right of withdrawal - with indication of the times and methods for returning the goods - the geographic address to lodge any complaints, and information on existing assistance services and commercial warranties.
8. Ineffectiveness of the order
No contract shall be deemed concluded between Push More Srl and the Customer if Push More Srl has reasonable grounds to believe that the Customer is not acting on the basis of a genuine interest in purchasing the ordered products, or is exercising the right of withdrawal recognized by Article 12 in an abusive manner.
In such cases, the order submitted by the Customer shall be deemed devoid of any effectiveness. Push More Srl will send the Customer, via email, a communication attesting to the non-conclusion of the Contract, also ensuring the cancellation of any charges and/or expenses borne by the Customer.
9. Transport and delivery
The Products purchased on the Site will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer. The Customer, in any case, has the option to request delivery of the products to a natural person of their choice, whose residence or domicile is within the Italian territory. At the time of delivery, the signature of an adult over the age of 18 will be required. Deliveries to post office boxes will not be made.
For each order placed on the Site, Push More Srl issues an invoice for the shipped goods, sending it via email or post to the order holder, in accordance with Legislative Decree no. 445/2000 and Legislative Decree no. 52/2004. The information provided by the Customer at the time of order shall be binding for the issuance of the invoice. No changes to the invoice will be possible after its issuance.
Delivery charges are borne by the Customer and are clearly indicated on the Site and in the order form.
All purchases will be delivered by courier chosen by the Customer during the purchase phase from those proposed by Push More Srl ("Courier") from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays and national holidays. Push More Srl is not responsible for unforeseeable delays.
Push More Srl will send the Customer a confirmation email once the Products have been shipped, specifying the tracking number of the shipment through which it will be possible to view, by entering it on the Courier's website, the status of the shipment.
In any case, except in cases of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, in accordance with the provisions of Article
of the Consumer Code, the Products will be delivered within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) days from the day following the one on which the Customer transmitted the order to Push More Srl, unless Push More Srl communicates - within the same period, by email - the impossibility of delivering the ordered goods due to the occurrence of the temporary or permanent unavailability of the Products. In the event of such communication, Push More Srl will refund any sums already paid by the Customer for the supply.
In the event that, following Push More Srl's communication of a delay in the delivery date, the Customer wishes to cancel the Order, any amount already paid by the Customer will be refunded as soon as possible, and in any case no later than 30 (thirty) days from the day following the one on which the Customer transmitted the order to Push More Srl.
For the delivery of the goods the presence of the Customer or a representative is required at the address of the recipient indicated in the order. At the time of delivery of the goods by the Courier, the Customer is required to check that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated on the transport document and that the package is intact or not altered. Any damage to the package and/or the Products or the discrepancy in the number of packages must be immediately contested by means of a written control reservation on the Courier's delivery receipt. Once the Courier's document is signed, the Customer cannot raise any objections regarding the external characteristics of the delivered package.
10. Right of withdrawal
Push More Srl wants to ensure the complete satisfaction of the Customer.
Pursuant to Article 64 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without specifying the reason, by returning the Products purchased through the Site within 10 (ten) working days from the date of receipt of the Products.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send the following address: infp@pushmore.it a communication containing:
- a) the expression of the will to exercise the right of withdrawal under art. 64 of the Consumer Code;
- b) the indication of the Products for which the Customer intends to exercise the right of withdrawal;
- c) the progressive order number issued at the time of purchase;
- d) the data relating to the Customer's bank account, exclusively if the Customer has made payment by bank transfer.
This communication can also be sent, within the aforementioned period of 10 (ten) days, by email, telegram, and fax.
In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, Push More Srl will fully refund the price of the Products provided that they are returned by the Customer in normal condition and only if the return instructions above are correctly followed. Push More Srl reserves the right to refuse the return of those Products that do not comply with these requirements. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
The delivery costs for the return of the Products are borne by the Customer; any expenses incurred by the Customer for the return will not be reimbursed.
Each delivery will contain easy instructions for returning the Products.
Push More Srl undertakes to promptly refund the Customer within 30 days from the date of return of the Products. Push More Srl will send a confirmation email of the refund.
Push More Srl will not be liable for the refund or compensation for Products returned but never received by Push More Srl due to loss, theft, or damage not attributable to Push More Srl.
If the Customer wishes to modify or cancel the order placed, they must promptly send an email to info@pushmore.it. Once the Product has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled or modified until the shipped goods have been returned to Push More Srl. In this case, reference is made to the return policy described above.
11. Product Replacement
Push More Srl aims to provide Customers with the possibility to replace the Products purchased through the Site.
To obtain the replacement of a Product, you must follow the procedure indicated below.
The Customer who is not entirely satisfied must retain all documentation related to the delivery and the Product itself in its original packaging and immediately contact Push More Srl by email at the following address: info@pushmore.it.
The Product to be replaced must be received, in normal condition, at our operational headquarters. The processing of the new order is subject to the availability of the requested Products.
The shipping costs for returning the Product are borne by the Customer.
The replacement Product will be sent to the Customer by courier without additional shipping charges.
12. Conformity defects
In case of conformity defects of Products sold by Push More Srl, the Customer must immediately contact Push More Srl at the email address info@pushmore.it of Push More Srl.
The legal guarantees provided for by articles 129, 130, and 132 of the Consumer Code apply to the sale of Products. The Customer is entitled to restoration, without charges, of the conformity of the goods through repair or replacement, or to an adequate reduction of the price or resolution of the contract. The Customer forfeits these rights if they do not report the conformity defect to Push More Srl within two months from the date on which they discovered the defect. The action to assert defects not fraudulently concealed by Push More Srl shall in any case be time-barred within twenty-six months from the delivery of the goods.
13. Errors
The information regarding the Products provided on the Site is constantly updated.
However, it is not possible to guarantee the complete absence of errors.
Push More Srl reserves the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions even after an order has been submitted, and also to change or update the information at any time without prior notice.
14. Discount Codes
What are Discount Codes?
Discount codes are codes that entitle you to additional discounts on Pushmore.it.
All discount codes have a limited validity period and may have different rules for use within the Site, discounting certain fixed amounts or percentages.
Where do I enter the code?
On the cart page, enter the code in the appropriate box and press APPLY DISCOUNT.
Rules for using Discount Codes:
discount codes cannot be combined with other offers on the site All products on promotion, therefore Discount Codes are not applicable. Each discount code has different applicable rules, depending on the type of Discount Code received.
15. Applicable law and competent court
These General Conditions are governed by Italian law and must be interpreted in accordance with Italian law.
For disputes arising from the interpretation, validity, and/or execution of these General Conditions, the territorial jurisdiction shall be that of the judge of the place of residence or domicile of the consumer, if located in Italian territory.
