As a good rule of thumb, remember that when you receive the package from the courier, if you notice visible external damage to the cardboard packaging, we advise you not to accept the package and return it directly to the courier with reason "damaged package" or if you decide to accept it anyway, we advise you to accept the package with "reservation".
To return your purchase first, make sure the items are in the same condition you received them. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of goods:Open packages; Damaged packages; Expired products; Stained or damaged clothing; Damaged or used accessories
