SPEED ENERGY GEL è particolarmente indicato negli sport di lunga distanza. Il rapporto tra fruttosio e maltodestrine(EXO CARB) è ottimale per risparmiare i carboidrati endogeni, quelli cioè già presenti nell’organismo, favorendo altresì l’utilizzo di zuccheri ingeriti con questo integratore durante la prestazione.
SPEED ENERGY GEL è inoltre potenziato con beta alanina, un tampone dell’acido lattico e caffeina per stimolare la concentrazione.
